The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is temporarily requiring an annex to the health certificate for dogs and cats with a COVID-19 statement. The annex should be issued by the USDA Accredited Veterinarian and endorsed by USDA APHIS. The annex is posted with the health certificate on the USDA APHIS pet travel website.
