Effective March 30, 2020, Delta Cargo is changing its booking window, allowing customers to book shipments within 7 days out instead of 14 days out. This new timeframe will help minimize shipment disruptions as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve and impact Delta's flight schedule. Bookings made outside of 7 days prior to the change will not be impacted and new bookings after the change will be subject to the new booking window.
Beyond 7 days, bookings will queue on deltacargo.com, with status updates, as flights come into the booking window. We are confident that this change will serve you better by having less booking cancellations and allowing more accurate capacity available in our system.
