Our APHIS-VS Live Animal Export team would like to create a ‘baseline’ live swine veterinary export health certificate, as a starting point for negotiations with our trade partners when the import requirements of the country of destination are not known. 

Attached is a hypothetical “TestCountry” health certificate for U.S. origin swine, in Microsoft Word format.  We invite you to use track changes to make any comments or suggested edits to the language of the certificate.
