Reaching the Venue

The St. Regis Abu Dhabi is conveniently positioned just 30 minutes from the Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH) and two hours from the Dubai International Airport (DBX).  The Hotel is pleased to offer private transportation to and from either airport in our fleet of luxury cars, which are also available to transport guests around the city. Guests arriving via private helicopter may access the hotel’s landing pad.

Taxis are readily available for local travel; prices vary according to time and distance.  If you are traveling by car, please see driving directions from the airport or any other location.

Welcome Reception

Conference attendees are invited to join the Icebreaker Reception from 18:00-19:30 on Sunday, March 1.  Also the First-Timer/New Members Reception will be held at 17:00 .  This allows you the opportunity for network with ATA Board members.  

Location: the Shorooq events lawn, conveniently situated next to the Cabana Beach bar.

The local currency is the UAE dirham (AED or Dhs) which is divided into 100 fils and is pegged against the US $ (US$ 1: AED 3.6725). Credit and debit cards are widely accepted. Foreign currencies and travellers' cheques can be exchanged in licenced exchange offices, banks and hotels, a passport is required.
