All fees are based in U.S. dollars. For international attendees,
funds charged to your credit card
will be billed at the current exchange rate by your bank.
FULL conference registrations include the Icebreaker Reception,
continental breakfast, morning/afternoon breaks, 2 lunches, the Tuesday evening Awards Dinner
at the Opera House as well as admittance to all conference sessions and
handouts.

The Family Meal
Package is also considered a "full conference
registration" and include all activities previously mentioned.

mentioned.
DAILY registrations
on Monday and Tuesday include continental breakfast,
morning/afternoon breaks and lunch
for the day of registration only. The daily registration for
Wednesday includes continental breakfast, morning breaks; it does not
include lunch.
Exhibit space is included as part of the
"Registration
Package" and includes a "full conference registration" for 1, 2 or 3
people depending upon the package selected. As such, it includes
all activities previously mentioned under Full Conference Registration
above.
