AATA Sydney Conference Registration Form

All fees are based in U.S. dollars.  For international attendees, funds charged to your credit card
will be billed at the current exchange rate by your bank.


FULL conference registrations include the Icebreaker Reception, continental breakfast, morning/afternoon breaks, 2 lunches, the Tuesday evening Awards Dinner at the Opera House as well as admittance to all conference sessions and handouts. 

  • The Family Meal Package is also considered a "full conference registration" and include all activities previously mentioned.

  • Registration Packages which include exhibit space are considered a "full conference registration" and include all activities previously mentioned.

DAILY registrations on Monday and Tuesday include continental breakfast, morning/afternoon breaks and lunch for the day of registration only.  The daily registration for Wednesday includes continental breakfast, morning breaks; it does not include lunch.

Exhibit space is included as part of the "Registration Package" and includes a "full conference registration" for 1, 2 or 3 people depending upon the package selected.  As such, it includes all activities previously mentioned under Full Conference Registration above.

Conference Fees (less $75  processing fee) will be refunded for cancellations received in writing prior to April 1. 
No refunds after April 1; however, substitutions will be accepted.
If AATA cancels or postpones a conference, registration fees will be refunded or applied to the next conference.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment by Check - Your registration form will be processed once payment is received in AATA's Office below.  Checks MUST be in US Dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank and mailed to the address on the bottom of this form.

Payment by Credit Card - After you click on SUBMIT, you will be taken to AATA's Secure Server where you can enter your credit card information.  Your credit card charge will be manually processed and a receipt emailed to you.
Bank Wire Transfer - If your registration form indicated a wire transfer payment, you will be forwarded bank wire instructions by AATA's Admin Office.
